Balrog: Ubuntu screenshots

Some screenshots I took when installed Ubuntu on Balrog

The first boot onto the Gnome desktop...
Things were a mess, but the solution was pretty simple, keep the box clock on syncd with a proper NTPD server!!!

Enabling the wireless adapter, AKA AirPort :p
Simple as a click, no problem whatsoever connecting to any Access Point.

And the last one, just about to install Os X Tiger on it.
Ubuntu is great, but, for the moment, I'd stick with Tiger on it.

Ubuntu is the most overrated distro ever put out. It’s not nearly as good as its fanbois portray it to be — certainly not moreso than many other distros. Its “success” is all the result hype and fanboi “marketing”.

It could certainly be, one thing is for sure, it makes things easy for the end user.
Granted, I don't have any experience with OpenSuse or Mint, or any other of the easy to setup distros. so I can't really compare Ubuntu to those.
One thing I really like of Ubuntu are its brown inspired themes.
Anyway, you think Ubuntu is marketing snake oil, fine by me.
